- What is the difference between a personalised mug and a personalised cup? In practice, very little — most people use the words interchangeably. Our mugs and cups are all 11oz unless stated otherwise, which is a generous everyday size rather than a small espresso cup.
- Do you do large personalised mugs? Yes. The standard across the range is a large 11oz mug, which holds a proper cup of tea rather than half of one.
- Are they dishwasher safe? Yes, though hand washing keeps the finish looking its best for longer.
- Is gift packaging available? Many mugs can be supplied in a gift box — see the individual product page for options.
