- What is the difference between a personalised mug and a personalised cup? In practice, very little — most people use the words interchangeably. Most of our mugs are a generous 11oz, a proper everyday size rather than a small espresso cup. Check each product page for its exact size.
- Do you do large personalised mugs? Yes. Most of the range is a large 11oz mug, which holds a proper cup of tea rather than half of one.
- Are they dishwasher safe? Care varies by design. Most of our mugs should be hand washed, and our engraved ceramic mugs and enamel camping mugs are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Check the product page for each mug’s care instructions.
