• Do I have to use all five lines? No – use as many or as few as you need and leave the rest blank.
• What if a line is longer than 20 characters? Split it across two lines at a natural break. Spaces count towards the limit on each line.
• Is the mug itself navy? No – it is a glossy white ceramic mug, printed with the navy crest design. The handle and inside are white.
• Can I change the Best Son in the World wording? Not on this design – the crest is fixed. Your message on the reverse is the personalisation.
