Every coaster is laser engraved to order in our Manchester studio, on natural slate that is heat resistant and wipe clean.

As each coaster is engraved to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Manchester studio. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40, with express and international delivery options available at checkout.

FAQs

• Do I have to fill in every line? No – leave a line blank and we will centre the rest.
• Will it arrive in time for Christmas? It is engraved to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Order in good time and use express delivery at checkout if you are close to the date.
• Is it heat resistant? Yes – slate is naturally heat resistant, so it is happy under a hot mug of tea or coffee.
• Will the engraving wear off? No. It is laser engraved into the slate, so it will not peel or rub off.
• Will mine look exactly like the photo? Very close. Slate is a natural stone, so the grain, shade and edges vary a little from piece to piece – that is part of its charm.
• Can it go in the dishwasher? No. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it; do not soak it.
