Description

A stainless steel yoyo with a cross engraved at the top and four lines of your own wording beneath it. Enough room for a name, the occasion, the date and who it came from – which makes it a christening gift, a first holy communion gift or a confirmation keepsake depending on what you type.

A christening present that will not sit on a shelf. Hand it to a child and it is something to learn tricks on with their friends, and something they still have long afterwards. Made to order in our Manchester studio.

Personalisation

Up to four lines, maximum 20 characters per line including spaces and punctuation. For example:

The cross motif is a fixed part of the design and does not need to be entered. We engrave exactly as typed, so please check spelling, capitalisation and line breaks before ordering – we cannot amend the engraving once the yoyo has been made.

FAQs

• Do I need to type the cross? No. It is engraved as part of the design at the top – you supply only the four lines beneath.
• Do I have to use all four lines? No, use as many or as few as you like and leave the rest blank.
• What if a line is longer than 20 characters? Split it across two lines at a natural break. Spaces count towards the limit on each line.
• Is it suitable for a communion or confirmation as well as a christening? Yes – the wording is entirely yours, so the same design works for any of them.
• Does it actually work as a yoyo? Yes – it comes strung and ready to use.
• Will the engraving wear off? No. It is cut into the steel rather than printed on top, so it lasts as long as the yoyo does.
