As each coaster is engraved to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

FAQs

• Do I have to fill in every line? No – leave a line blank and we will centre the rest.
• Can I use a nickname or a team name? Yes – any wording within the character limits works, from a nickname to a club or team name.
• Is it heat resistant? Yes – slate is naturally heat resistant, so it is happy under a hot mug of tea or coffee.
• Will the engraving wear off? No. It is laser engraved into the slate, so it will not peel or rub off.
• Will mine look exactly like the photo? Very close. Slate is a natural stone, so the grain, shade and edges vary a little from piece to piece – that is part of its charm.
• Can it go in the dishwasher? No. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it; do not soak it.
