A heart-shaped ceramic bauble, split down the middle. Their photograph on one side, and on the other In Loving Memory with their name, their years and a small paw print.

The first Christmas without a pet is harder than people who have not had one expect. This is a way of having them on the tree rather than only in the photographs on your phone.

Printed to order in our Manchester studio, and it arrives ready to hang on a gold cord.

Personalisation

• Name – maximum 15 characters, e.g. Molly
• Years – the years they were with you, e.g. 2009-2026
• Photo – upload one picture of them
• The photo fills the right-hand half of the heart, so a picture of their face works better than one taken from a distance
• Keep them towards the middle of the frame – the curve of the heart trims the top and bottom of the photo
• The words In Loving Memory and the paw print are part of the design and do not need to be entered
• Please check spelling and dates before ordering, as we print exactly as entered

As each bauble is printed to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

FAQs

• What photo works best? A clear, well-lit picture of their face. The photo fills half the heart, so one taken close up prints far better than one from across the garden.
• Where does the hanging hole sit? At the top of the heart, on the line between the photo and the wording. Keep their face below it.
• Can I use it for any animal? Yes. The paw print suits dogs and cats, and the wording works for any pet.
• What if I do not know the exact years? Put whatever feels right – the year you got them and the year you lost them is what most people use.
• Can I leave the dates off? Leave the field blank and we will print the name on its own.
• Is this suitable to give to someone else? Yes. It is often bought for a family member or a friend who has lost a pet, and it is sent plainly packaged rather than as an obvious gift.
• Will the print fade? No. It is UV printed directly onto the ceramic rather than applied as a transfer.
• How do I look after it? Wipe it with a dry cloth and store it somewhere it will not be knocked about. Do not put it in water.
