Personalised Name & Heart Mug & Tea Board Set
Description
A matt ceramic mug engraved with a name and a small heart beneath it, paired with a wooden tea board carrying the same name and a line of your own wording underneath.
The board has a recess that holds the mug steady, with room alongside for the biscuits – which is rather the point. Make it Tea & Biscuits, or make it whatever they actually have at eleven o'clock.
Choose the mug on its own, the board on its own, or both as a set. The mug comes in seven colours and is permanently laser engraved in our Manchester studio, so the lettering will not peel or fade.

Personalisation
- Name – maximum 12 characters, engraved on both the mug and the board
- Board wording – maximum 30 characters, engraved beneath the name on the board
The apostrophe and S on the board are added automatically – just enter the name, e.g. Emma. The heart is part of the design and does not need to be entered.
The board wording is entirely yours – Tea & Biscuits is the classic, but Coffee & Cake, Brew Time or an in-joke all work just as well. We engrave exactly as typed, so please check spelling, punctuation and capitals before ordering. As each piece is engraved to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

FAQs
- What are the three options? The mug on its own, the tea board on its own, or the two together as a set.
- Do I have to put Tea & Biscuits on the board? No – that line is yours, up to 30 characters. Coffee & Cake, Brew Time or anything else that fits works just as well.
- Do I need to add an apostrophe to the name? No – just enter the name and the board design adds the rest.
- Does the mug carry the second line too? No – the mug has the name and the heart. The second line appears on the board.
- Does the board come in colours? No – the board is natural wood. The colour choice applies to the mug, so if you are ordering the board on its own the colour makes no difference to what you receive.
- Can it go in the dishwasher? Hand washing is recommended for the mug, and the board must be hand washed.
- Is the engraving permanent? Yes. It is laser engraved into the surface and will not peel or wash off.
- Can I order several for a team, class or family? Yes. Each one is personalised separately, and multi-buy savings are applied automatically at checkout.
