Personalisation

Add a name to be engraved across the coloured band, then your own short message on two lines beneath.

• Name: maximum 12 characters
• Message line 1: maximum 15 characters
• Message line 2: maximum 15 characters

Each line is engraved separately, so plan where you would like the break to fall – for example TIME FOR on the first line and A BREW on the second. All text is engraved in block capitals regardless of how you enter it. Your personalisation will appear exactly as you type it, so please double-check spelling and spacing before ordering. As each mug is made to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• Do I have to use both message lines? No – you can leave the second line blank if your message fits on one.
• What if my message is longer than 15 characters? Split it across the two lines at a natural break. Spaces count towards the limit on each line.
• Can I choose where the line break falls? Yes – whatever you enter on line one is engraved on the first line, and line two beneath it.
• Will my message appear in capitals? Yes – the name and message are both engraved in block capitals as standard.
• Do you offer other designs on this mug? Yes – the same two-tone stoneware mug is also available with a name on its own, with initials, or with a heart, star, coffee bean or flower beneath the name.
• Is the mug dishwasher safe? Yes – the mug is microwave, fridge and dishwasher safe, so it can be used every day without special care.
• Will the engraving wear off over time? No. The name and message are engraved into the glaze rather than printed on the surface, so they will not fade or peel with washing.
• How long will it take to arrive? Your mug is made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with UK delivery typically following within 2–3 days of dispatch.
