• Do I need to add the star myself? No – the star is part of the design and appears on every mug, directly beneath the name you enter.
• Can I have a different symbol instead? This design comes with the star as standard. We also offer the same mug with a heart, or with the name on its own.
• Can I add a surname or two names? The design is intended for a single name above the star. Longer entries may not fit the available space.
• Is the mug dishwasher safe? Yes – the mug is microwave, fridge and dishwasher safe, so it can be used every day without special care.
• Will the engraving wear off over time? No. The name and star are engraved into the glaze rather than printed on the surface, so they will not fade or peel with washing.
• How long will it take to arrive? Your mug is made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with UK delivery typically following within 2–3 days of dispatch.
