FAQs

• What photo works best? A clear, well-lit picture with the faces near the middle. Landscape photos fit best; portrait photos are cropped top and bottom.
• Can I use a photo of a pet? Yes – people, couples, families and pets all work well.
• Is it heat resistant? Yes – slate is naturally heat resistant, so it is happy under a hot mug of tea or coffee.
• Will the print fade or rub off? No. It is UV printed directly onto the slate rather than applied as a sticker or transfer.
• Will mine look exactly like the photo? Very close. Slate is a natural stone, so the grain, shade and edges vary a little from piece to piece – that is part of its charm.
• Can it go in the dishwasher? No. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it; do not soak it.
• Are there multi-buy discounts? Yes: 5% off 2+ items, 10% off 5+, 15% off 10+.
