A fortieth deserves a glass rather than a card. The engraved crest design carries the age, a name and a message of your choosing, cut permanently into the glass so it still reads properly in twenty years.

Every flute is engraved to order in our Manchester studio and arrives in a free presentation box, with a blue silk gift box available if you would rather hand it over ready to give.

Three fields sit within the crest design:

• Age – e.g. 40
• Name – engraved in capital letters, as shown in the product images
• Message – your own wording beneath

We engrave exactly as typed, so please check spelling and capitalisation before ordering – we cannot amend the engraving once the flute has been made.

• Can I use this for a different age? Yes. The age is a personalisation field, so this same flute works for any birthday – the 40th in the title is simply the most common use.
• Will the name be in capitals? Yes, the crest design engraves the name in capital letters as shown in the images.
• Is the engraving permanent? Yes. It is cut into the glass rather than printed on top, so it will not wash off or fade.
