Returns Policy

Spoken Gifts LTD products are designed to last a lifetime.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item or you are not happy with the finish or quality, you are able to return the item for a full refund within 28 days from purchase.

We are unable to accept returns on orders which have been been engraved correctly as per the confirmed order details.

We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Tracked Delivery services to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for parcels until they have been tracked as delivered at our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall issue a prompt refund of the price of the goods, minus the original cost of the delivery to you.

The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price (exceptions may apply). Please allow 4-7 working days for your credit card company to credit your account.
