FAQs
- What do I need to enter? Just the name. The illustration and Merry Christmas are already part of the design.
- Will it arrive in time for Christmas? It is printed to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Order in good time and use express delivery at checkout if you are close to the date.
- Is it heat resistant? Yes – slate is naturally heat resistant, so it is happy under a hot mug of tea or coffee.
- Will the print fade or rub off? No. It is UV printed directly onto the slate rather than applied as a sticker or transfer.
- Will mine look exactly like the photo? Very close. Slate is a natural stone, so the grain, shade and edges vary a little from piece to piece – that is part of its charm.
- Can it go in the dishwasher? No. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it; do not soak it.
- Are there multi-buy discounts? Yes: 5% off 2+ items, 10% off 5+, 15% off 10+.
