FAQs

• Can I use a nickname? Yes — anything up to 15 characters. Plenty of people use a nickname rather than a full name.
• Can I change the Happy Halloween design? No, the front design is fixed. The name underneath is the personalisation.
• Is the mug itself white? Yes — glossy white ceramic, printed in full colour. The handle and inside are white.
• Is it suitable for children? It is a standard ceramic mug, so use the same judgement you would with any other.
• Is it dishwasher safe? We recommend hand washing to keep the print looking its brightest.
• How quickly will it arrive? Made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days from Manchester. Order in good time for the 31st.
