FAQs
- What is the difference between the two designs? One has watercolour foliage and red berries either side of the wording, the other has grey snowflakes scattered around it. The wording is the same on both.
- Can I put a relationship rather than a name? Yes. Grandpa, Mum or Nana read just as naturally as a first name.
- Do you do this in other shapes? Yes – the same design is listed as a round and a star bauble as well.
- Is this suitable to give to someone else? Yes. It is often bought for a family member who is missing someone, and it is sent plainly packaged rather than as an obvious gift.
- Is it printed on both sides? The design is printed on one side.
- Will the print fade? No. It is UV printed directly onto the ceramic rather than applied as a transfer.
- How do I look after it? Wipe it with a dry cloth and store it somewhere it will not be knocked about. Do not put it in water.
