Full stops count towards your character limit, so P.W uses three characters and A.B.C uses five. Your personalisation will be engraved exactly as you enter it, so please double-check spelling, spacing and punctuation before ordering. As each mug is made to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• How many initials can I have? Up to five characters in total, including any full stops. Two or three initials with full stops between them is the most popular choice.
• Do I have to include full stops? Not at all – enter the initials however you would like them to appear, with or without punctuation.
• Is the mug dishwasher safe? Yes – the mug is microwave, fridge and dishwasher safe, so it can be used every day without special care.
• Will the engraving wear off over time? No. The initials are engraved into the glaze rather than printed on the surface, so they will not fade or peel with washing.
• Can I order more than one colour? Yes – simply add each colour to your basket separately. Matching sets make a lovely gift for couples or families.
• How long will it take to arrive? Your mug is made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with UK delivery typically following within 2–3 days of dispatch.
