Your personalisation is engraved exactly as you enter it, so please double-check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before ordering. As each piece is made to order, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• What are the three options? The mug on its own, the tea board on its own, or the two together as a set.
• Does the tea board come in colours? No – the board is natural wood. The colour choice applies to the mug, so if you are ordering the board on its own the colour makes no difference to what you receive.
• Do I need to type Tea & Biscuits? No – that wording is engraved as part of the design. You supply only the name.
• Can I add a surname or two names? The design is intended for a single name. Longer entries may not fit the available space.
• Will the engraving wear off over time? No. The name is engraved into the surface rather than printed on top, so it will not fade or peel.
• Can I order more than one colour? Yes – add each one to your basket separately. Matching sets work well for couples or families.
• How long will it take to arrive? Made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with UK delivery typically following within 2–3 days of dispatch.
