• What makes a good photo? Bright, sharp and reasonably close up. Photos taken straight from a phone are usually ideal; screenshots and images saved from social media are often too low resolution to print well, even if they look fine in the preview.
• Is the mug itself pink? No – it is a glossy white ceramic mug, printed with the blush pink panel. The handle and inside are white.
• Can I change the No.1 Sister wording? Not on this design – it is fixed. Photos are the personalisation.
