• Can I use a full name? Yes – up to 20 characters including spaces. Tanya King is 10, so there is plenty of room.
• Is the Nice box always ticked? Yes – Nice is ticked as part of the design. We have yet to be asked for the other one.
• How big is it? 75 x 45cm, so comfortably larger than a stocking and big enough for a full Christmas morning's presents.
• Can it be used again next year? Yes – it is a fabric sack with a drawstring, not wrapping paper, so it will last for years.
• How should I clean it? Spot clean only, to protect the print.
